Everything we do is totally customised to suit you. We adapt our events to fit your requirements, not the other way around. 

3. We only use the best suppliers 

We road test all of our suppliers and refuse to work with any who provide sub-standard quality activities, or are just plain spoil-sports! Other event management companies may send you whoever makes them the most money.

How we work

Contact:

When you phone us at +6012 295 8025 or e-mail us at info@bestevents-asia.com,  we will discuss your event requirements with you and guide you through your options.  We work better once we've met up with you, of course!

Quote: 

Your account manager will email you a bespoke quote including detailed event formats and costs.

Booking:

Once all details have been agreed, we'll send you the invoice 

and send you a detailed itinerary.  A 50%  deposit is due 30 days 

before your event.

The Event:

Everything will be in place so you can relax, enjoy the big day(s) and take all the credit! The balance payment is due on the event day.

Debrief: 

After your event, your account manager will be in touch to get your feedback on every element of your Best Events experience. Tell us what you think could have been improved on. We want your honest feedback in order to serve you perfection.

Before you contact us it would be very useful to give the following points some consideration. The more we know about your group, the better your quote will be.

Numbers - The activities and venues most suitable for you, as well as the costs involved, will vary depending on the number of people attending. Generally our minimum group size is 15. 

Objectives - What is the purpose of your event? Is it to reward staff, to improve teamwork, impress clients, celebrate a specal occasion? 

Dates - Certain times of year and even days of the week are busier than others. The more flexible you are with dates the greater the range of activities and venues available to you.

Budget - We have activities to suit almost all budgets. We know that not everyone will be 100% sure of their budget, but please be aware that our minimum spend per group (this means our professional event management fee) is RM2,500 for corporate events and weddings and RM1,500 for private events.
